Living Food Diet and Cafe

After discovering the health benefits of a Living Raw Food diet Our Founder Kevin Jacobsen had the idea of opening a Raw Food Cafe in our premises. He and Veronica became Raw Living Food Chefs through their training in the U.S. They gave classes and demonstrations in the Irish School of Herbal Medicine, at RDS Health shows and other venues.

Before Kevin passed on, in 2005 he had experimented and invented what we now call Kevin's wrap which is a raw, gluten and dairy free organic wrap which we still produce. 'Raw Food in a Cold Climate', a living food 'cook' book contains many of his recipes.

Sadly Kevin passed away before fulfilling his dream of starting a Raw Food Cafe in our premises but in 2007 we managed to do so and went on to run this cafe for ten years.

Raw Living Food Support

Raw Chef Veronica continues to promote Raw Food 'un-cooking'. She gives classes, creates dishes for the ALIVE monthly Health Support meetings and shares her delicious raw recipes in her 'Raw in a Cold Climate' cookbooks.

An Alive event is where Health Professionals are invited to share their knowledge and experiences. This is followed by a living food demonstration by Raw Living Food Chef Veronica, and a three-course raw living food meal.
This gives people the opportunity to share and network with other like-minded people. Often people with health challenges will attend these talks and find support and encouragement to change their life-style or outlook into a more hopeful and healing way of living.

Veronica gives living food classes to people who want to learn how to make raw living food dishes, to individuals or in groups.
