“Foraging is more than simply a way of finding free food.
Foraging is a doorway back to nature, a taste of the life our ancestors lived, connected to all that is living around us, to the coming and going of the seasons.”
Foraged foods also contribute to good health,
every one has medicinal benefits

Raw Chef and Teacher Veronica O'Reilly demonstrates a Living Food dish, it can be anything from a warming soup, a guilt-free dessert to a nut-burger or vegan raw lasagne. Her cookbook 'Raw in a Cold Climate' is very popular.

Veronica of Healthy Habits, is part of Wicklow Naturally Organisation promoting Good Food From Wicklow.

Living Food

is vegan, using a variety of nuts, vegetables, spices and herbs. It is heated below 43 degrees C.
