MONTHLY EVENT - All are welcome

Once a month, ALIVE- the Irish Living Food Association and Network hosts a Health and Wellness Speaker followed by a Living Food Demonstration and a three course Delicious Living Food Meal. Alive welcomes numbers from 15 to 80 (now 20-30) people once a month on a Saturday at 3pm-7pm.

Most of the talks are recorded for DVD or CD purposes but will also be made available for sale and on this website

Raw Chef and Teacher Veronica O'Reilly demonstrates a Living Food dish, it can be anything from a warming soup, a guilt-free dessert to a nut-burger or vegan raw lasagne. Her cookbook 'Raw in a Cold Climate' is very popular.

Veronica of Healthy Habits, is part of Wicklow Naturally Organisation promoting Good Food From Wicklow.

Living Food

is vegan, using a variety of nuts, vegetables, spices and herbs. It is heated below 43 degrees C.

The importance of taste is paramount in its creation.
