Veronica served as the Head Chef at Healthy Habits Café in Wicklow, Ireland, which was the country’s first Raw Food Café. Notably, the café received the Best Innovative Menu Award from food critic Paulo Tuillo in 2010.
Her culinary journey extends beyond Ireland. Veronica trained under renowned chef Chad Sarno and worked in various Raw Food Restaurants in the United States, including establishments like Juliano’s, Raw Soul, and Au Lac. 
Her expertise in raw cuisine has been showcased on
television programs such as Nationwide and various radio shows.
